For all Standard Shipping (non-express) methods, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders can take up to 48-hours to process, or 72-hours if on a weekend or holiday.
Biofullerene reserves the right to choose the means and methods of delivery for orders from outside of the US. Orders coming from the territories served by Biofullerene official distributors will be delivered from the local facilities of our distributors.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world.

Biofullerene cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delivery errors caused via shipping carrier or agent or for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
